Humility Hub Services and What We Offer

The depth and breadth of Humility Hub Services and sessions hosted are designed to complement all firms, whether progressed on the ED&I journey through to those just starting out on this important mission.

Having worked at a number of global organisations including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, UBS, Thales, British Telecom Research and many others, Pips Bunce has co-chaired networks and committees (some with over 8000 active and engaged allies) at multiple firms and knows firsthand the methods and approaches proven to work versus those performative in nature.

Complementing her roles through being an appointed delegate such as the United Nations or Windsor Castle leadership fellows, ambassadorial work, accolades and board experience and having partnered with hundreds of leading firms on a range of sessions and initiatives, she is well versed in actions that equate to lasting and sustainable impact.

Our Humility Hub services and sessions, available both in-person and virtually, cover a wide range of themes and topics, all delivered in a sensitive, immersive, thought-provoking, and engaging manner to suit diverse audiences and participants.

With experience facilitating sessions for large-scale global audiences including live streams reaching over 5 million viewers as well as smaller sessions for global staff or executive board members, we tailor formats and content to maximize impact.

Coaching and Mentoring

Humility Hub is well equipped to initiate, set up, and execute tailored mentoring and coaching programs, such as establishing a reverse mentoring scheme to empower organizations. We offer both one-on-one mentoring and coaching, as well as group sessions for senior leaders within organisations.
