Our Background

Pips Bunce, the founder of Humility Hub, brings over 30 years of experience in leadership roles across the global financial markets and technology sectors. With a background in institutions such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, the Bank of England, UBS, and British Telecom, Pips has built a reputation for driving transformative change, advancing cultural progress, and shaping industry best practices.

Pips’ experience extends beyond business, having partnered with hundreds of firms spanning multiple sectors to help them advance their ED&I initiatives. Her leadership is built on tried-and-tested methodologies that deliver results and tangible impact.

Pips also partners with many other groups including being a United Nations delegate, speaking in Parliament, working with governmental bodies (Government Equalities Office), an appointed St Georges House Windsor Castle Leadership Fellow, partnering with organisations such as the BBC, sitting on the executive board of multiple firms and is an ambassador for a number of prominent organisations, bodies and charities.
